Terms of Service
Because we value your time and ours, we like to make sure our terms of service and policies are clear and state up front in order to avoid any miscommunication or issues.
Cancellation / Reschedule
We ask for at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a shoot. This gives us the opportunity to offer that slot to someone else. If a shoot is cancelled within the 24-hour window, a fee of $40 will be assessed. If we arrive at the property and are unable to shoot, either because it has been cancelled (and we have not been notified) or if we are denied access to the property, a fee of $40 will be assessed.
Weather Concerns
Weather can change in an instant! If it has been raining or snowing heavily and we don’t think taking exterior shots are possible without damaging our camera gear, we will come back out at our earliest opportunity to shoot the exterior with no extra cost.
Staging & Cleaning
We are not a stagers. It is up to you and your client to make sure the home is in perfect shape for a shoot, so we ask that you view the home prior to the shoot in order to pass on staging tips to the seller. We are unable to provide any cleaning services. For hygiene reasons, we don’t move anything in the bathrooms, to include soap, razors, toothbrushes, etc. so those will need to be put away prior to the shoot.
Turn Around Time
All photos will be delivered next day by end of day. However, most photos are delivered next morning but we can not guarantee you’ll get your photos in the morning. For video, 48 hours is needed to deliver the quality you expect.
Usage Rights & License
By ordering services from sheshootsinc.com you agree to the following service agreement for digital Imagery and tour products. These terms are subject to change without notice.
TEMPORARY USAGE/LICENSING RIGHTS: FOR SALE OR LEASE PROPERTIES:
Here at sheshootsinc.com, we grant you Temporary Usage/Licensing Rights of the images you purchase for a greatly reduced rate under our Realtor Scale. You get to enjoy our superb photography for unlimited print and web use in marketing your listing and when the listing is sold and/or you are no longer the listing agent, the image rights are withdrawn with the exception of use in Just Sold / Listing Presentations / Personal Marketing materials.
All of our images are copyrighted and are the intellectual property of sheshootsinc.com. We license our images to you for temporary use but the ownership of the images remains with sheshootsinc.com.
The images you purchase are non-transferable and cannot be given away, bartered or sold. The client who pays for the images is the only one who has the rights to use the images. You cannot give those images to the homeowner, builder, designer, remodeler, stager, etc. of the property photographed nor can you resell the images to anyone or split payment with anyone so they can use the images.
DELIVERY OF IMAGES AND/OR TOUR:
An invoice will be sent via email following the photoshoot. Payment can be paid securely online with a credit card or through eTransfer. Completed photos/tour will be delivered to you once invoice has been paid.
Return Shoots
I understand there are surprises sometimes – like showing up to find out your sellers did not finish installing the baseboards etc. We will gladly return to any property and re-shoot certain rooms for a $80 return trip fee.
